To meet new insulation standards we use structural timbers to raise the boarding to keep the insulation away from the boards to retain its efficiency. Loft Flooring can take 1 - 2 days to complete depending on size. We also cater for full packages such as insulation, boarding and loft ladder to make your loft energy efficient for your home and a large usable space. All loft flooring is screwed down and marked for electrics and pipes.

A safe and sturdy loft ladder is essential to getting access to your loft space. A loft ladder install takes about a day which we supply and fit. All of our loft hatches are fully finished with architrave, filling and painting.

If your loft is getting dusty or you have no membrane on your roof our loft lining service is for you. Loft lining is membrane applied to the inside of your roof to stop all the elements from outside getting into your loft.
